These terms apply to orders placed on npenterprisesllc.com with Sina Niu Creations, a business of NP Enterprises LLC in Anchorage, Alaska. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Pre-orders
All leis, hakus and baskets are made to order with fresh flowers. Please order at least one week before the date you need your order. During graduation season, earlier is better. If we cannot fill an order by your date, we will contact you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken when you place your order by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Pickup and delivery
- Local pickup (free): from our Anchorage location. We will contact you to set a pickup time.
- Local delivery: $15 within 5 miles. Beyond 5 miles, it is $15 plus $8 for each extra mile; we will confirm the total with you before delivery.
- Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address, since fresh flowers should not be left out.
Fresh flowers
Flowers vary naturally in color and size. Photos show examples of our work; your order may differ slightly. We may substitute a similar flower or color to keep your order fresh and on time.
