Frequently Asked Questions
How far ahead should I order?
Our fresh flower leis and hakus are flown in from Hawai‘i, so please pre-order at least 1 week ahead to ensure the freshest flowers. Order even earlier for graduations, White Sunday, and holidays. Gift baskets are handmade in small batches and stock is limited. Need something sooner? Send us a message and we will do our best.
Can I personalize my order?
Yes. At checkout, add the names for plaques, girl or boy for newborn baskets, colors, and any other details in the order note.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Choose free pickup in Anchorage (we will contact you to schedule a time) or local delivery. Delivery is $15 within 5 miles, plus $8 for each additional mile. For orders over 5 miles, we will confirm your delivery total before your order goes out.
How can I pay?
Pay securely online with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Do you take custom orders?
