Sina Niu Creations is a business of NP Enterprises LLC in Anchorage, Alaska. Our leis, hakus and baskets are made to order with fresh flowers, so this policy is built around keeping your order fresh and your celebration on track.
Changes and cancellations
- 8 or more days before your date: cancel or change your order for free. We will refund you in full.
- 7 days or less before your date: your flowers have already been ordered, so we cannot offer a refund. We are happy to help move your order to another date when we can.

Fresh flowers
Because our products are made with fresh, perishable flowers, they cannot be returned. Fresh flowers vary naturally in shade and size, and we may substitute a similar flower or color if needed to keep your order fresh and on time.
If something is not right
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at info@npenterprisesllc.com or (509) 383-5080. We will replace it or refund it.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund. Sale and bundle prices are covered by this policy the same as regular prices.
